DAAM Microfinance Institution Successfully Completes Bond Issue

The DAAM microfinance institution has successfully completed the subscription to its "DAAM 2025-1" bond issue, which was offered to the public, reaching the maximum authorized amount of 40 million dinars for a period of 5 years. Initially set at 20 million dinars, the amount was increased to its ceiling in response to strong interest from investors.

This operation confirms the market's attraction to DAAM's economic model, recognized for its financial solidity and positioning in favor of inclusive finance. The raised funds will be directed towards financing projects with high economic and social impact, in line with the institution's mission.

Bond Rated BB+ by MicroRate

The operation benefits from the support of a BB+ rating with a stable outlook assigned by the international agency MicroRate, according to the local Tunisian scale. This evaluation validates the robustness of DAAM's risk profile and its ability to mobilize public savings in a secure and efficient manner.

A Success that Confirms Market Confidence

This fundraising effort illustrates the interest of investors in the financial solutions offered by DAAM and confirms the market's confidence in its economic model. It will also enable the institution to strengthen its intervention with entrepreneurs and project holders in areas with high potential but still insufficiently served by traditional financial circuits.

"Thanks to the trust of our investors and the involvement of our teams and financial partners, we are strengthening our capacity to support and finance projects with high economic and social impact. This fundraising effort allows us to continue with determination our mission, which we started 10 years ago: to accompany entrepreneurs and contribute actively to the country's economic and social development," said Kamel Saibi, General Manager of DAAM.
