Cynoia and LafricaMobile Announce Strategic Partnership to Revolutionize Digital Collaboration in Africa

During GITEX Africa 2025, Tunisian startup Cynoia announced a strategic partnership with LafricaMobile (LAM), a Senegalese actor in mobile messaging solutions. The goal: to connect WhatsApp to Cynoia's all-in-one work platform, a breakthrough that aims to revolutionize digital collaboration in Africa.

Thanks to this integration, users can now manage both client conversations and internal team communication via WhatsApp, while centralizing project, task, and file management. One interface, one login, for multiplied efficiency.

For Nassreddine Riahi, CEO of Cynoia, this announcement represents more than just a technical addition: "This partnership marks an important step in providing evolving digital solutions for Africa. With LAM's expertise in API integration and Cynoia's project management tools, we can transform the way businesses operate across the continent."

His counterpart, Malick Diouf, CEO of LAM, sees a strategic opening towards the Maghreb: "This collaboration with Cynoia opens up the North African market for us. By joining forces, we are making innovative communication solutions available to African businesses, designed to address the challenges of digitalization across the continent."

Already adopted by over 4,000 African businesses, the joint solution would enable organizations to reduce their software costs by up to 80%, while meeting their delivery deadlines.
