According to the latest data published by the international platform Numbeo, as of April 2025, Tunisia ranks among the Arab countries with the most affordable cost of living. Out of 12 countries analyzed, only Morocco has a lower cost of living than Tunisia.
This ranking is based on a global index expressed in dollars, taking into account the prices of consumer goods, transportation, restaurants, and other everyday expenses, excluding rent.
