Connect Innov Lab Hosts Successful HealthTech Startup Event
On November 27, 2024, Connect Innov Lab organized a landmark event as part of its 12-month incubation program dedicated to HealthTech startups in the ideation phase. This program aims to structure innovative projects and provide them with the necessary foundations to move to the acceleration phase. During this event, five startups presented their projects, showcasing promising dynamics in the sector.
Among the pitched initiatives:
- La Renova: A natural solution against menstrual pain using a cream enriched with essential oils, offering rapid and durable relief.
- Iziwish: An intuitive platform dedicated to fertility care for infertile couples, simplifying medically assisted procreation journeys through adapted digital tools.
- YAZ: A smart case designed to optimize insulin injection management for people with diabetes.
- Biomidex: Specialized in the production of biomolecules from extremophilic microorganisms. Their first product, EctoDERM, is an innovative anti-aging care based on bacterial lysate rich in Ectoine.
- NanoThera: A platform dedicated to research in alternative medicine and medicinal plants.
During the event, Olivier Meyer and David Brun, guests of honor, shared their reflections on entrepreneurship.
Olivier Meyer highlighted the importance of transmitting experience to support young entrepreneurs. He expressed his enthusiasm for the quality of the presented projects and emphasized the crucial role of international exchanges in dynamizing the ecosystem.
David Brun, on the other hand, praised the exceptional level of Tunisian entrepreneurs and the remarkable structuring of their ecosystem. He concluded by encouraging participants to continue their efforts, while expressing his desire to return to continue supporting these promising talents.
This event not only showcased ambitious innovations but also strengthened ties between entrepreneurship actors, paving the way for new perspectives in the HealthTech sector.
