GIZ Launches "Competency Upskilling" Project for Tunisian Graduates
Within the framework of the Digital4Jobs program, the GIZ has launched a call for applications for the "Competency Upskilling" project.
This initiative aims to prepare young Tunisian graduates for the demands of the job market, particularly in the IT sector. This intensive program offers participants the opportunity to acquire technical and transversal skills, while facilitating their professional integration through strategic partnerships with sector companies.
The goal is to bridge the gap between academic skills and the real needs of businesses.
To be eligible, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a degree in a field related to computer science or project management
- Have a marked interest in IT and project management careers
- Be available to attend the entire training program
- Commit to actively participating in networking events and job fairs
