City Cars Launches Call for Applications for Minority Shareholder Representative

City Cars is launching a call for applications to designate a representative of minority shareholders, for a three-year term.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Be a natural person with full civil rights.
• Hold at least a master's degree or equivalent and have at least 10 years of professional experience in management.
• Have an individual stake in City Cars' capital not exceeding 0.5%.
• Not have any conflict of interest with City Cars.
• Meet other general eligibility criteria.

Note:

• The designation will be made through an election at a general meeting of minority shareholders.
• Additionally, applications must be submitted with supporting documents by July 5, 2024. The selection will be made after reviewing the files by City Cars' General Management.
