Ciments de Bizerte Publishes Resolutions Adopted by Extraordinary General Assembly
The Ciments de Bizerte company has published the resolutions adopted by its extraordinary general assembly (EGA) held on September 27, 2024.
The extraordinary general assembly revealed that the company's equity is less than half of its capital due to losses. However, after reviewing the financial statements for the first half of 2024, which show that the revaluation of built and unbuilt real estate assets has improved its results beyond its capital, the assembly concluded that the company is no longer in a situation of dissolution in accordance with Article 388 of the Commercial Companies Code and can therefore continue its activities.
Furthermore, the EGA granted absolute delegation to any holder of a copy or extract of this minutes to proceed with the deposit and publication of the minutes of this meeting, in accordance with legal obligations.
