A New Entrepreneurial Breeze Takes Root in Charguia

A bold entrepreneurial project has just launched in the heart of Charguia, marking the second Startup Village, following the one in El Menzah.

A Village of Innovation

More than just a coworking space, this location aims to be a complete ecosystem dedicated to collaboration, creativity, and the well-being of its members.

The Vision Behind the Project

Iheb Beji, CEO of Startup Village, explained that the project was born out of a shared desire, driven by a team with the same vision: to create a space where innovation and humanity are at the center.

The Concept of "Co-Thinking"

He emphasized the founding idea of the concept: a place where people work together, but most importantly, think together. This principle of "co-thinking" constitutes the DNA of Startup Village.

A Space for Life, Not Just Offices

According to Beji, it's not just about offering offices, but providing a true space for life, SMEs, experts, media, investors, and other complementary profiles to evolve, interact, and co-create in a stimulating environment. The focus is on conviviality, transparency, and trust, essential values shared by the entire community.

Economic Model: Flexibility and Service

Regarding the economic model, Beji clarified that it's not about classic renting, but providing spaces as a service. This approach gives companies more flexibility and a lighter workload environment. He also revealed that the Charguia site required around 10 months of work to accommodate 250 workstations, a 1000 m³ storage area, and up to 8 test stores.

The Community Takes Shape

Currently, the site is already hosting nearly 400 people, called the "villagers," with private offices and flexible day-to-day spaces. Combining both sites, Charguia and Manzah, the Startup Village community now exceeds 600 members, spanning over 5500 m².

Expansion Plans on the Horizon

Beji also mentioned upcoming projects, suggesting that a third site might soon see the light of day. For him, the development of this model relies on building more spaces aligned with this shared vision, before it's "too late."

The Startup Village Charguia: A Catalyst for Entrepreneurship

The Startup Village Charguia positions itself as a catalyst for opportunities in Tunisian entrepreneurship, incarnating a collaborative innovation model anchored in strong human values.
