Ministry of Social Affairs Announces New Appointments
The Ministry of Social Affairs has made two new appointments to key social protection organizations.
New Leadership at CNSS and National Health Insurance Fund
- Fehmi Guezmir has been appointed as President and CEO of the National Social Security Fund (CNSS).
- Mohamed Mokdad will take the helm of the National Health Insurance Fund as President and CEO.

These decisions were published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Tunisia (JORT No. 041 of April 23, 2026). They are part of the ongoing effort to renew the governance of institutions responsible for social security and health insurance in Tunisia.
