Hannibal SICAV Obtains CMF Approval for Change of Manager and Designation of Union Capital as New Manager
Hannibal SICAV has obtained approval from the Capital Market Authority (CMF) under number 13-2024 dated January 31, 2024, for the change of its manager and the designation of Union Capital as the new manager, replacing UBCI Bourse.
Note that this modification came into effect as of March 15, 2024.
