- BTS Pay: allows users to make payments to merchants, instant money transfers, and consult operations in real-time. The application also facilitates the payment of various daily services, including:
- STEG and SONED bills
- Toll payments
- School registrations
- Loan repayments granted by the bank
- BTS Net: provides permanent access to banking services via the internet, enabling customers to:
- Consult their accounts
- Make transfers
- Manage their bank cards and checkbooks independently
