ToumAI, a Moroccan company specializing in AI technology, has secured $1 million in pre-seed funding to continue its mission of providing personalized and sustainable customer experience (CX) solutions on a global scale. The company aims to redefine customer experience by tackling challenges such as multilingualism, cultural differences, generational preferences, and emotional complexity.

ToumAI's AI-powered solutions, part of the HolistiCX suite, utilize a unique AI architecture designed to optimize performance with minimal computational requirements, enhancing applications such as voice command systems, IVR, and churn detection.

The company's business model offers scalable APIs that integrate data from various services, providing actionable insights to improve customer relationships worldwide. ToumAI has already expanded its customer base to markets such as Morocco, Senegal, and Malta, and plans to establish itself in Tunisia soon.
