Cellcom Announces Extension of Deadline for Candidates Applying for Small Shareholder Representative Position on the Board of Directors
Cellcom wishes to inform candidates applying for the position of administrator representing small shareholders on the Company's Board of Directors that the deadline for submitting applications, initially set for January 6, 2025, has been extended to January 27, 2025. All other provisions outlined in the announcement of November 22, 2024, remain unchanged.
