Carthage Cement Launches Call for Independent Administrator Applications
Today, June 24, Carthage Cement has launched a call for applications to designate an independent administrator.
This process aims to strengthen the company's governance, in compliance with new legal requirements. The selected candidate will be subject to approval by the 2024 ordinary general assembly.
The criteria include integrity, independence, and relevant professional experience.
Note that applications must be submitted before July 5, 2024, at 2:00 PM, with a complete file including a motivation letter, detailed CV, and legal documents.
After evaluation by the board of directors, a preliminary list of candidates will be submitted for review to the Financial Market Council.
