Carthage Cement will distribute 22.3 million dinars in dividends to its shareholders

The shareholders of Carthage Cement will receive a dividend of 0.065 dinars per share for the 2025 fiscal year, as decided during the Ordinary General Assembly held on June 24, 2026.
According to a statement published by the Financial Market Council (CMF), the total amount of dividends to be distributed is 22.335 million dinars.
Distribution Schedule
The dividend detachment date is set for August 10, 2026. Shareholders registered on this date will be eligible for the distribution.
The effective payment of dividends will take place from August 12, 2026, following the usual modalities of the Tunisian financial market.
