Morocco Launches “Khadmet”: A Unified National Mobile App for Digital Administrative Services
Rabat, August 31, 2026 – The Ministry of Communication Technologies has officially launched the first version of “Khadmet,” a national mobile application designed to centralize multiple digital administrative services. By leveraging digital identity, the app allows citizens to access essential government services remotely, streamlining bureaucratic processes and reducing the need for physical visits.
A Unified Platform for 24/7 Access
The primary objective of “Khadmet” is to eliminate the fragmentation of digital platforms and minimize unnecessary travel for administrative procedures. The application provides a unified gateway to all available online services, accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Authentication is securely handled through the user’s digital identity, ensuring a seamless and secure experience.
Key Features and Functionalities
Personal Information Management
Users can view and update their personal details linked to their digital identity, including:
- Phone number
- Email address used for administrative correspondence
- Residential address
Additionally, the app grants access to data associated with specific administrative documents, such as:
- Driver’s license information
- Vehicle registration certificate (carte grise) details
- Proactive Notifications: Users receive alerts before the expiration of key documents, helping them stay compliant without manual tracking.
Integrated Social and Fiscal Services
“Khadmet” consolidates social and tax-related services in one place:
Social Services:
- Services related to the National Health Insurance Fund (CNAM), including reimbursement of medical expenses.
- Career management and declarations for the National Social Security Fund (CNSS).
Fiscal Services:
- Access to online tax services.
- Purchase of travel stamps.
- Payment of vehicle circulation taxes.

Automobile owners benefit from specialized tools, including:
- Viewing traffic violation records.
- Scheduling technical vehicle inspections.
