Capsa Capital Partners Announces the Successful Closing of its New Fund, FCPR SWING 3
Capsa Capital Partners (CAPSA CP), an asset management company and subsidiary of investment bank CAP Bank, is pleased to announce the successful closing of its new fund, FCPR SWING 3, which has reached its target size of 50 million dinars. This achievement is the result of strong support from both historical investors and new subscribers. About FCPR SWING 3
FCPR SWING 3 is a venture capital fund governed by the Code of Collective Investment Organizations, benefiting from a simplified procedure. Its primary objective is to generate capital gains by taking equity or quasi-equity stakes in companies, including through instruments such as convertible bonds or current account advances, in accordance with current regulations. The fund targets companies established in Tunisia, operating in sectors with high development potential.
Investments will be made with a medium-term horizon and will focus on projects that meet the following criteria:
- Significant competitive advantages and high growth potential
- Experienced, professional management with a clear strategic vision
- Proven ability to generate solid economic performance, with an attractive internal rate of return
