BTE Entrusts Shareholder Registry Management to BNA Capitaux
The Banque de Tunisie et des Emirats (BTE) has informed its shareholders and the public that it has entrusted, as of July 19, 2024, the management of its shareholder registry to the stock exchange company "BNA Capitaux".
The management of the shareholder registry covers both ordinary shares and priority dividend shares, and extends to the following missions in accordance with the applicable regulations:
- Recording of transactions
- Updating registry data
- Organizing General Assemblies
- Issuing ownership certificates
