BTE Announces Listing of 1,000,000 Priority Dividend Shares Without Voting Rights on the Stock Exchange
BTE announced on August 9 that 1,000,000 priority dividend shares without voting rights will be listed on the stock exchange, effective Monday, August 12, 2024. This listing follows the capital increase decided upon during the Extraordinary General Assembly on April 30, 2024.
