Stock Exchange Announces Delisting of "Gif Filter" and Transfer to Over-the-Counter Market
The Stock Exchange informs that its Board of Directors, meeting on November 7, 2024, has decided to delist the company "Gif Filter" and transfer it to the over-the-counter market (on the panel) in accordance with the provisions of Article 76 of the General Regulations of the Stock Exchange, effective as of November 11, 2024.
This decision follows the declaration of bankruptcy of "Gif Filter" by the Court of First Instance of Grombalia on October 22, due to its insolvency and the impossibility of saving it.
Sofiene Kabboura, Deputy Secretary-General of the company's base union, specified that this judicial decision will lead to the sale of the company's factory and properties, including a farm located near its headquarters, as well as two warehouses in Sfax and Djerba.
