Dividend Season 2024: Still Time to Cash In
While we're already waiting for the second-quarter 2025 figures, the 2024 dividend distribution season is not yet over. There are still yields to be collected by investors. The list includes:
- Land'Or: 0.400 TND per share on July 21, 2025
- Sotuver: 0.250 TND per share on July 24, 2025
- Tuninvest-Sicar: 0.500 TND per share on July 29, 2025
- Sotrapil: 1.600 TND per share on July 31, 2025
- Eurocycles: 0.600 TND per share on August 15, 2025
- Telnet Holding: 0.250 TND per share on August 15, 2025
- Siame: 0.180 TND per share on August 20, 2025
- Société Atelier du Meuble Intérieurs: 0.450 TND per share on August 29, 2025
- Monoprix: 0.150 TND per share on September 10, 2025
- Sotetel: 0.500 TND per share on September 15, 2025
- Office Plast: 0.040 TND on September 16, 2025
Based on yesterday's closing prices, there are four companies offering a net dividend yield higher than what a classic bank savings account would provide (5.2%), namely:
- Siame: 7.57%
- Sotetel: 6.70%
- Sotrapil: 6.54%
- Société Atelier du Meuble Intérieurs: 6.24%
By combining this yield with growth prospects, we particularly recommend Sotrapil and Société Atelier du Meuble Intérieurs, which have rarely disappointed and have managed to stabilize their activities, with recurring profits and a healthy balance sheet structure. Sotetel is also worth following, especially if the second-quarter activity indicators show positive signs.
