Bilel Sahnoun, CEO of the Tunis Stock Exchange, was appointed as Chairman of the Arab Federation of Capital Markets (AFCM) on Monday, May 12, 2025.
This appointment comes on the occasion of the 2025 Annual Conference of the AFCM, held in Tunis on May 13 and 14.
In 2025, the AFCM brings together 18 stock exchanges and 8 clearing houses (CSDs/CCPs) from the Gulf, Levant, and North Africa regions. The federation regularly holds annual conferences, gathering key players in Arab capital markets to promote exchanges, share best practices, and foster the development of the financial ecosystem in the region.
