BH Leasing Closes 2025 with a Net Profit of 2.7 Million Dinars
BH Leasing has ended the year 2025 with a net profit of 2.7 million dinars, which is 1.2 million dinars less than in 2024, when the company reported a profit of 3.9 million dinars.
Reasons for the Decline
There are two main reasons for this decline:
- The first reason is the significant increase in payroll costs. The new labor contract law (Law No. 9-2025) came into effect in May 2025, and its implementation cost the company an additional 1.2 million dinars.
- The second reason is the decrease in investment returns. Lower remuneration rates resulted in a reduction of 1.2 million dinars in financial revenues.
Result and Next Steps
As a result, the board of directors has decided to carry over the 2025 profit to the retained earnings. The shareholders will meet in a general assembly on April 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. to discuss this matter. The location will be announced soon.
