BH Leasing Launches Call for Applications for Independent Administrator
BH Leasing has launched a call for applications to designate an independent administrator to its Board of Directors for a 3-year term covering the 2026 to 2028 fiscal years, in accordance with current legislation. Source: BH Leasing
Required Profile
The ideal candidate must be entirely independent of BH Leasing, its shareholders, and its executives. Additionally, the candidate must be a Tunisian national, enjoy full civil rights, and have an impeccable reputation, according to the Capital Market Authority (CMF) announcement.
Application Procedure
Candidates must submit a complete application package, including a letter of motivation and a CV using the BH Leasing model, by January 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Applications can be sent by mail, rapid post, or hand-delivered to the company's headquarters in Tunis, in a sealed envelope marked: "Do not open - Application for Independent Administrator position, Chair of the Audit Committee, 2026-2027-2028 fiscal years". Selection Process
The Nomination and Remuneration Committee will review the applications and establish a list of eligible candidates. The final appointment will be subject to the approval of the General Assembly and the absence of objections from the relevant authorities.
