Financial Market Council Announces New Appointments at BH Leasing
The Financial Market Council has announced in a press release published on its website that BH Leasing is informing the public and shareholders that its Board of Directors, which met on July 22, 2025, has decided to appoint:
- Mohamed Mabrouk as Chairman of the Board of Directors
- Ibrahim Ammar as General Manager
- Thouraya Mzoughi El Ayeb as Deputy General Manager
This decision will take effect as of July 28, 2025.
