BH Bank Seeks Independent Administrator for Risk Committee
The BH Bank aims to appoint an independent administrator to its Board of Directors for the 2026, 2027, and 2028 terms. The future administrator will actively participate in Board meetings and chair the Risk Committee, a key role in monitoring and managing the bank's risks.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be individuals and meet the conditions specified in the terms of reference, available on the BH Bank website.
Application Procedure
Applications must be sent in a single envelope by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, Rapid-Poste, or handed over in person against discharge, to the bank's central office, located at 18, Avenue Mohamed V, 1023 Tunis. The envelope must contain all the required documents listed in Article 3 of the terms of reference. The envelope must be addressed to the President of the Board of Directors and bear the mention "Do not open - Call for applications N° A.I.P.C.R /2026 - Application for the position of independent administrator, President Risk Committee".
Deadline
The deadline for submitting applications is March 13, 2026, at noon. "Any application received after this date will be rejected," the bank informs in a statement published in the CMF.
