BH Bank Launches Call for Applications for Independent Administrator
The BH Bank has launched a call for applications for the designation of an independent administrator to head the Risk Committee within its Board of Directors for the 2026, 2027, and 2028 exercises. The term, as specified by the institution, can be renewed only once. This call is exclusively addressed to physical persons of Tunisian nationality, meeting the criteria detailed in the terms of reference available on the bank's official website.
Eligibility and Application Process
Interested candidates must constitute a complete file, gathered in a single envelope, in accordance with the requirements mentioned in Article 3 of the reference document. The files must be addressed to the BH Bank headquarters, 18 Avenue Mohamed V, 1023 Tunis. They can be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, via Rapid-Poste, or handed in directly to the central order office against discharge. The envelope must obligatorily bear the mention: "Not to be opened - Call for applications N° A.I.P.C.R/2025 - Application for the position of independent administrator, President of the Risk Committee - Exercises 2026-2027-2028".
Deadline and Requirements
The deadline has been set for December 29, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., the closing time of the central order office. Any file received after this deadline will be automatically rejected, with the central order office stamp serving as proof. The bank reminds that any incomplete application will be rejected. The following documents are mandatory:
- The candidate's curriculum vitae, conforming to the model in annex 1 (Document n°3)
- A copy of the identity document (front and back) (Document n°5)
- A bulletin n°3, or the receipt of a request for a bulletin n°3 dating back less than three months (Document n°10)
