BH Bank Announces Call for Applications for Independent Administrator
BH Bank has announced the opening of a call for applications for the appointment of an independent administrator to its board of directors for the 2026, 2027, and 2028 fiscal years.
Role and Responsibilities
The future administrator will be responsible for actively participating in the work and deliberations of the board. They will also be called upon to chair the risk committee, a key role in monitoring and evaluating the bank's risk management systems.
Eligibility and Application Process
Candidates, who must be individuals, must meet the conditions outlined in the terms of reference. The application dossier must be submitted no later than May 5, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
Submission Guidelines
Applications must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, via Rapid-Poste, or handed in person against discharge at the BH Bank central office, located at: 18, Avenue Mohamed V, 1023 Tunis.
Selection Process
The selection process will take place in a single phase. The application dossier must be presented in a single envelope containing all the required documents as outlined in the article related to the constitution of the application dossier.
Envelope Labeling
The envelope must be labeled with the name of the President of the BH Bank Board of Directors and bear the following mention: "Do not open - Call for applications Ref.: A.I.P.C.R /2026-2 - Application for the position of independent administrator - President of the risk committee - Fiscal years 2026-2027-2028".
Important Note
It goes without saying that any incomplete dossier or one that does not respect the submission guidelines will be rejected, with the central office stamp serving as proof.
