Public Sale of Assets of the Tunisian Bank BFT
Pursuant to the court order of the Tunis First Instance Tribunal dated June 12, 2024, Salah Feki, liquidator of the Tunisian Bank BFT, intends to sell 6 lots of movable assets and various office equipment belonging to the bank, located at its headquarters in Cité Ennacim, Rue Aboubaker Achahid, Montplaisir, Belvédère - 1002 Tunis.
Conditions of Sale
All interested entities and individuals can obtain the tender document at the BFT headquarters against a non-refundable payment of 100 dinars, to be paid into the BFT (in liquidation) account at STB agency, Avenue Kheireddine Pacha, Tunis, under the number 10 006 035 1881375 788 93.
Submission of Offers
Offers must be submitted in accordance with the tender document by postal mail in sealed envelopes addressed to Mr. the Liquidator of BFT at the above-mentioned address, no later than July 8, 2024.
