BFPME Approves Net Result Allocation Following Ordinary General Assembly

Following its ordinary general assembly (AGO) held on July 31, 2024, reviewing the 2022 financial year, the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Financing Bank (BFPME) approved the allocation of a net result of -12,786 million Tunisian dinars (Mtnd).

This figure indicates a significant loss, primarily attributed to operating losses amounting to -12,400 Mtnd. In comparison, losses from depreciation of fixed assets, totaling -386,495 Mtnd, are relatively low.

Furthermore, the AGO decided to allocate gross attendance fees of 5,000 Tunisian dinars (Tnd) to each member of the board of directors for the 2023 financial year.
