Central Bank of Tunisia Auctions Off Used Vehicles
The Central Bank of Tunisia is organizing a public auction of used vehicles, open to all interested parties. The vehicles up for sale include:
- Citroën C3
- Volkswagen Passat and Multivan
- Toyota Mini Bus
Viewing and Inspection
The vehicles are currently on display at the Central Bank of Tunisia's headquarters, located at 25, Hédi-Nouira Street, Tunis. Viewings are possible from January 16th, 2025, to January 31st, 2025, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Participation Requirements
To submit a bid, candidates must prepare a file containing:
- A price offer (available at the purchasing unit)
- A bank guarantee of 1,000 dinars
- A copy of the national identity card (for individuals) or the commercial register (for companies)
- A copy of the signed visit certificate
The sealed and anonymous bid must bear the mention "VEHICLE SALE - DO NOT OPEN". It must be deposited at the Central Bank of Tunisia's reception desk no later than February 7th, 2025, at 4:00 pm.
General Conditions
- Candidates must provide their complete contact information (name, surname, address, fixed and mobile phone numbers) on the bid.
- Bids received after the deadline or not meeting the above conditions will be considered null and void.
- Candidates remain bound by their bids for 120 days from the deadline.
- The selected candidate will be notified by mail or phone and must pay the auction price within 10 days by certified check or bank transfer. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in the next highest bid being retained.
