Bank of Tunisia Seeks Representative for Minority Shareholders to Join its Board of Directors
The Bank of Tunisia is seeking a representative for minority shareholders to sit on its board of directors. Minority shareholders are defined as individual shareholders holding no more than 0.5% of the capital and institutional shareholders holding no more than 5% of the capital.
Applications must be received no later than August 20, 2024, at 5:00 PM.
