B.A Glass B.V has become a reference shareholder of Sotuver after acquiring 41.3% of its capital, finalized today, April 16, 2026, on the Tunis Stock Exchange.
Details of the Transaction
This operation was carried out through four block transactions, totaling 16,204,636 shares, exchanged at a unit price of 13.020 dinars. The total amount of the transaction thus reaches 211 million dinars.
Background
It is worth recalling that on April 2, 2026, the CMF authorized BA Glass B.V., a Dutch company of the Portuguese group BA Glass, to acquire 41% of Sotuver's capital. According to a recent statement, the shares were sold by four shareholders, namely:

- Tunisienne d'Assurance (Lloyd Tunisien)

- Lloyd Vie The sale price retained is 13.020 dinars per share.
