Notice of Extension of Deadline for Submission of Offers for the Sale of Immovable Properties Belonging to BFT
Pursuant to the order of the Tribunal de Première Instance of Salah Feki, Liquidator of BFT, the public is informed of the extension of the deadline for the submission of offers for the sale of immovable properties belonging to BFT, as follows:
- Title Deed No. 117155 Tunis, located at the corner of Hédi Nouira Street and Ibnou Chamaa Street, Tunis.
- Title Deed No. 20705 Ben Arous, located at the corner of Rue du Kods and Rue Ibn Jazzar, Hammam Echatt.
- Title Deed No. 50585 Tunis, located at the corner of Ali Dargouth Street and Saad Zaghloul Street, Tunis.
- Title Deed No. 103555 Tunis, located on Mohamed V Street.
- Title Deed No. 586721 Nabeul, located on Rue de Sicile Soliman Plage.
- Title Deed No. 12196 Sfax, (16425/32850 shares) located in Imadat Sidi Daher, Bir Ali Ben Khelifa, Sfax.
- Apartment located on the 3rd floor of Building No. 6, Mourouj Residence - Route de Menzel Chaker, Sfax.

It is recalled that all interested parties and entities can obtain the tender document from the BFT headquarters, located at Cité Ennacim, Rue Aboubaker Achahid, Mont Plaisir - 1002 - Tunis, against payment of a non-refundable sum of 500 dinars to be paid into the BFT (in liquidation) account held at STB Agency, Avenue Kheireddine Pacha, Tunis, under number 10 006 035 1881375 788 93.
Offers must be submitted in accordance with the tender document by registered mail in sealed envelopes addressed to the Liquidator of BFT at the above-mentioned BFT address, no later than March 17, 2025. Visits can be arranged every working day with prior appointment with Mr. the Liquidator, Tel: (98 440 598).
