Judicial Administrator Launches Call for Bids for Asset Sale of Three Companies
Following a preparatory judgment rendered by the Court of First Instance of Monastir in cases no. 371 and no. 372, the judicial administrator is launching a call for bids for the sale of assets of three companies: Produits Spéciaux Ali Mheni Prosami, Briqueterie Ali Mheni Bami, and Préfabriqué Ali Mheni Pami.
Interested parties can obtain the tender document against a non-refundable payment of 50 dinars and visit the sites after scheduling an appointment with the judicial administrator.
The deadline for submitting bids is set for Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
