Deadline for Filing Annual Financial Statements in Tunisia
Tunisian companies, associations, and certain public structures have until July 31, 2026, to submit their annual financial statements to the National Register of Enterprises (RNE). This obligation also applies to individuals required to keep accounting records. The submission must be made exclusively online through the RNE's electronic platform.
