Ordinary General Assembly of Attijari Bank: Approval of Management Reports and Dividend Distribution
The Ordinary General Assembly of Attijari Bank, held on April 4, 2025, approved the management reports and consolidated management reports of the Board of Directors related to the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. During this meeting, the bank's profitable result, amounting to 232.39 million Tunisian dinars, was acknowledged.
Following this assembly, the dividend amount was set at five dinars per share. The detachment date was set for April 8, 2025, and the payment will take place starting from April 11, 2025.
