ASTREE Launches Call for Applications for Minority Shareholder Representative
The ASTREE company (Insurance and Reinsurance Company) has launched a call for applications for the designation of a minority shareholder representative for a 3-year term.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the position, candidates must have:
- At least a master's degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the insurance or financial sector
Application File
The application file must include the following documents:
- A cover letter addressed to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, presenting the candidate, the reasons for their application, and their profile
- A candidate information sheet
- The candidate's curriculum vitae
- A copy of a valid ID
- A sworn declaration, duly completed and signed by the candidate, attesting that they meet the eligibility criteria set out in this call for applications
- A recent extract from the judicial record (bulletin number 3), dated less than three months prior to the application submission date
- Documents justifying the candidate's skills and qualifications mentioned in their curriculum vitae
- A certificate of ownership of shares, justifying the rate of participation in the company's capital
Application Submission
Applications must be submitted in a sealed envelope, labeled with the name of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ASTREE Assurances, and deposited at the central order office of ASTREE Assurances, no later than November 28, 2024.
