Astrée Insurance Company Announces Dividend Payment of 2,500 Dinars per Share
Astrée Insurance Company has announced that it will pay a dividend of 2,500 dinars per share to its shareholders, with a detachment date set for July 1, 2025. This decision was made during its Ordinary General Assembly held on June 23, 2025, according to a statement published on the official website of the Financial Market Council (CMF).
The dividend payment will be made through stockbrokers and depositary account holders, via the Tunisie Clearing platform, for centralized securities.
