Astrée Insurance and Reinsurance Company announced today, June 25, 2024, the distribution of dividends of 2,200 TND per share. This decision follows the Ordinary General Assembly held on June 21, 2024.
It is worth noting that the dividend detachment date has been set for July 1, 2024. The dividend payment will be made through stock exchange intermediaries and depositary account holders via Tunisie Clearing for securities deposited with them.
