Notice of Elective General Assembly for Minority Shareholders of Astree Insurance and Reinsurance Company
Minority shareholders of Astree Insurance and Reinsurance Company are summoned to an Elective General Assembly to be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the Company's headquarters in Tunis.
The sole item on the agenda will be the election of a director representing minority shareholders on the Board of Directors of Astree Insurance and Reinsurance Company for a three-year term (2025, 2026, and 2027 exercises).
This term will expire at the end of the Ordinary General Assembly called to deliberate on the accounts of the 2027 exercise.
