Assad Company Announces Resignation of Board Member and Upcoming Call for Candidates
The Assad company informs its shareholders and the public that it has received, as of November 1st, 2024, the letter of resignation of Zouhaier Charfeddine Ben Khelifa from his position as administrator, representing minority shareholders on the board of directors.
Accordingly, and in compliance with current regulations, the company will soon notify the Capital Market Authority (CMF) to launch a call for candidates to fill the vacant positions on the board of directors, namely an Independent Administrator and the Administrator representing minority shareholders.
