Tunisian Accumulator Company Assad Announces Changes to Board of Directors
The Tunisian Accumulator Company Assad informs its shareholders and the public that its Board of Directors, which met on Thursday, February 6, 2025, has accepted the resignation of Souheil Kallel as Chairman of the Board, effective as of March 1, 2025.
The Board has decided to appoint Sami Ben Ahmed Kallel as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors for the remaining term of his administrative mandate.
