ASSAD Shares Trading Suspended on Tunis Stock Exchange Pending Official Statement
Trading in ASSAD shares has been suspended effective Tuesday, August 11, 2026. The decision was issued at the request of the Financial Market Council (CMF) while awaiting an official press release from the company.
The Tunis Stock Exchange announced the suspension without specifying, at this stage, the nature of the information ASSAD is required to disclose. Trading will resume only following the publication of the company’s statement and any subsequent regulatory developments.
