Artes Reports 18.7% Increase in 2023, Announces Dividend Distribution
Following a meeting of the Board of Directors to review the company's activity report, Artes has announced an 18.7% increase in 2023. The net result stands at 27.2 million Tunisian dinars (Mtnd), compared to 22.8 Mtnd in 2022.
The dividend amount has been set at 0.400 dinars per share. Notably, the distribution is scheduled to take place at the next Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) on June 28, 2024.
It's worth recalling that last year's dividend was 1,000 dinars per share, and 0.800 Tnd the year before.
