ARTES Announces Call for Applications for Minority Shareholder Representative on its Board of Directors

ARTES is launching a call for applications for the designation of an administrator representing minority shareholders on its Board of Directors for the 2024-2025-2026 terms.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the position, candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Hold an individual stake in ARTES' capital not exceeding 0.5% (i.e., a maximum of 191,250 shares).
• Hold at least a master's degree (or equivalent diploma).
• Possess at least 10 years of professional experience in the financial sector.
• Not have any direct or indirect interest with ARTES and its non-minority shareholders.
