ARS Tunisie Celebrates 30 Years of Excellence
After 30 years of experience, ARS Tunisie has acquired a major expertise that enables it to satisfy its clients to the best of its abilities. On July 5th, this milestone was celebrated with the participation of a high-level representative from AON London (Chairman MENA), a high-level representative from AON France, a large number of clients, partners, and insurance and reinsurance companies represented at high levels, including CEOs, MDs, and top executives, as well as the teams from ARS Tunisie.
The teams, imbued with the spirit of the late founder Abdelmajid Hafaiedh and the values of dedication, humanism, and competence that he instilled in them, have continuously strived for improvement. As a result, they have acquired an exemplary maturity that enables them to take on even more challenges and position the leading reinsurance company as a market leader.
In this regard, ARS Tunisie has recently obtained the ISO 9001-2015 certification. The insurance and reinsurance brokerage and consulting firm has also been elected as the best customer service in Tunisia for three consecutive years, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
This 30th anniversary was an opportunity to celebrate ARS Tunisie's achievements, but it is also a posthumous tribute to Mr. Abdelmajid Hafaiedh, who left behind his dedication, integrity, and altruism to his team, enabling them to embark on the path to success.
