Land'Or Resumes Dividend Distribution after Two-Year Hiatus

The agri-food company Land'Or is resuming dividend distribution this year, following two consecutive years without payment. At its Ordinary General Meeting on June 30, 2025, the company approved a dividend of 0.400 dinars per share, representing 40% of the nominal value, for the 2024 financial year. The detachment date is set for July 21, 2025, marking a positive signal for shareholders who had been waiting for this return.

Why the Return to Shareholder Remuneration Now?

In 2022, the group reported a net loss of 9.93 million dinars, impacted by high production costs and unfavorable market conditions. As a result, no dividend was distributed that year.

The following year, in 2023, although the company returned to profitability with a net profit of +5.6 million dinars, the management chose not to distribute a dividend, preferring to focus on strengthening its margins and financing capacity.

The change came in the 2024 financial year. The company almost doubled its net result, reaching +10.56 million dinars in individual accounts and +12.6 million in consolidated accounts.

This rebound raises a question: Can Land'Or maintain this dividend distribution pace if its margins continue to improve?
