Apple Releases Patch for iOS and iPadOS 18.2, Urges All Users to Update
Apple has published a corrective patch for iOS and iPadOS 18.2, deemed a "recommended update for all users" due to "important fixes", without specifying the targeted bugs or vulnerabilities. The 18.2.1 versions are expected to resolve security issues or adjust recent features.
This update is likely to be the last before iOS 18.3, currently in beta and expected to be released by the end of January or early February. Although less ambitious than previous versions, this update will continue to exclude European users from Apple's "personal intelligence system" until April 2025.
