Call for Bids: Sale of Economic Unit in Nafta Tozeur Tourist Zone
Pursuant to the decision rendered by the Court of First Instance of Sousse on April 8, 2025, in case no. 188, the trustee of the Thermal Oasis Hotel bankruptcy is launching a call for bids for the sale of an economic unit located in the Nafta Tozeur Tourist Zone.
Interested parties can obtain the tender document against a non-refundable payment of fifty dinars (50 DT) and visit the site after scheduling an appointment with the trustee.
The deadline for receiving bids is set for Friday, May 16, 2025.
